Using the platform

Illawarra Care Connect is a directory connecting families with local disability and NDIS providers. We don't deliver services ourselves — providers are independent businesses you contract with directly.

Your account

Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of information you submit.

Provider listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings. We review listings but cannot guarantee outcomes. Always do your own due diligence before engaging a provider.

Acceptable use

Don't post unlawful, misleading or abusive content. We may remove content or accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for the actions or services of providers listed on the site.
